Refunds and Returns Policy for The Supernatural Chronicles™

At The Supernatural Chronicles™, we strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully, before making a purchase, to fully understand our procedures.
This website is owned and managed by Valkyrie Distributions Limited. Your purchase receipt and or invoice will indicate such.
All sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges because our products are printed on demand.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or recipient rejection, we will contact you to confirm your address. If you would like to proceed with a new order, we will place a new order with the correct details. Please note that you will be charged for the new order if the return was due to an incorrect address or recipient rejection.
If the return was due to other reasons, please contact us, and we will forward the matter to Gelato for investigation. If Gelato chooses to approve your issues, they may or may not provide a refund for the product price.
If you receive a product with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. To process your claim, we require:
A detailed description of the problem
A copy of your order number/details and purchase receipt
We will submit this information to our production partner, Gelato. Gelato validates and makes quality issue determinations on its own and The Supernatural Chronicles™ does not have any say in the matter. If Gelato accepts your claim, they may offer either a refund or a reprint.
We will communicate clearly with you about our refund and return policies to manage expectations. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
